Right before 2012 ended, I decided to go back to the gym, after not, just not going, but not doing any form of exercising, for years. Going back has been very painful on my body, that is used to just enjoying life and eating whatever it wants. To deal with the pain, I started talking to my body, in my mind, to encourage myself not to give up. One day my body, and all its parts started talking back to me. It basically said, “You made me this way, FUCK YOU.” I started posting the conversations on Facebook and everybody loved them and begged me to turn them into a blog. So I have made it part of my blog. I’m going to be posting them, and archiving them here so folks can find all of them. Enjoy!
